At TheVega, we are committed to ensuring that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. Should you encounter any issues with your order, our team is ready to assist you promptly and efficiently.
Returns:
To make sure you are completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase and to facilitate a seamless return process, we have implemented the following return policy:

Returns Criteria:
- Jewelry is eligible for returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned merchandise must be in perfect condition, in the original packaging with all the tags intact, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandised cannot be returned, unless found to be defective within 10 days of receiving your order. -
Returning Process:
1. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bythevega.com
2. Our customer support team will provide you with a return label to facilitate the return process. - Once you receive the return label, you must send the product back to us within the next 48 hours. OTHERWISE the return cannot be made.
- Deduction from Refund: A shipping cost of US10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping expenses.
- Refund Processing:
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 10 working days after approval.
- The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping charges cannot be refunded. - Discounted/Sale Jewelry: Please note that Final- sale jewelry are not eligible for returns o exchanges.
- Gift Shipments: If the item was shipped as a gift, we kindly ask you to provide us with verification of the purchase. Once your return is processed, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned item, which can be used towards your exchange.
- Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on jewelry that have been worn or altered.

Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective costume, please contact us immediatley at info@bythevega.com
- We may request photos or other evidence of the damage or defect to process the return or exchange.

Exchanges
If you wish to make an exchange, the same return rules and guidelines will apply. The item you wish to exchange must be in perfect condition, unworn, and in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
Note that only one change is allowed.
